According to the relevant regulations on the reform of engineering master's and doctoral degrees by the Ministry of Education and Southeast University, following the student's personal application and the practical achievement evaluation meeting organized by the College, it is proposed to recommend Zheng Hehui, a 2020 engineering doctoral student at Southeast University, to apply for a degree in the form of practical achievements.
